Whenever I go on a trip to any place, I visit a kiln there and make a cups or dishes etc. using the potter's clay of that district.




On my holidays I went to the lakeside of Biwako(Lake Biwa).
I made there rice-bowls for my grandchirldren at Mizuguki Pottery.@

At Sado island in Niigata Prefecture Mumyoi Pottery This potter's clay contains Fe (iron) and therefore the potteries become red. We call Syudei (red dry pottery)
